Stock: Beavertail forearm & hard rubber capped pistol grip walnut stock w/ factory hand checkering, Super Grade sling swivels & checkered steel buttplate.

Notes:  Early in production the 64 was offered in 32-40 & 38-55, but sales manual of 1938 noted that these two calibers were discontinued. Winchester often would have parts such as barrels on hand, & this rifle, in my opinion, was assembled in 1941 w/ a 38 bbl. made in 1935. The date, in numeral “35”, is found marked under the barrel, along w/ the marking 38 CF & some other fitters & assemblers marks. This is a rare & desirable 64 & will be a welcome addition to any collection.
