The Kimber Super America set consists of a beautiful, limited edition 1911 pistol & matching, numbered knife in an engraved hardwood display case, manufactured in very limited numbers in 2007. The pistol has a rear serrated steel slide & frame w/ a highly polished blued finish on the flats, & matte finished curved surfaces. The front cocking serrations have been eliminated to provide an uninterrupted engraving surface. The engraving is a fine English scroll pattern against a gold border over the highly polished blue finish. Kimber adjustable sights. Bevelled mag-well. Skeletonized aluminum trigger. Both the pistol grips, and the handle of the numbered, matching knife, are made from matched mammoth ivory sets. Extended thumb safety. Extended grip safety. Checkered mainspring housing & smooth front strap. MAGS: Factory 7rd.
UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Black plastic numbered factory case & paperwork. Fitted & engraved wood presentation case, lined w/ blue felt.
