VERY RARE & FINE EXCAVATED “ALABAMA VOLUNTEER CORPS” BELT BUCKLE.

87.7mm x 57.4mm “AVC” belt plate as fine as any excavated example known.
Buckle was found in 1977 at “Stafford County Courthouse Virginia, just behind the jail house” as noted in 1977 bill of sale from Dave Mark well known Maryland author/dealer/collector.
