Bbl. 7 1/2” octagon w/ London address & brass cone sight. Round six shot cyl. w/ naval engagement scene roll engraving. Cyl. & left side of bbl. have British proofs. Blue & case colored finish w/ silver finished brass backstrap & small round trigger guard. 1 Piece walnut grip. Bbl., frame, grip straps, cyl. & loading lever have matching numbers. Wedge is unnumbered.
UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: period style trade case. Inside lid has label marked “THEOPHILUS MURCOTT./Gun Maker/68. Haymarket/London.S.W.”. Green cloth fitted interior showing light wear & small tears. Case contains powder flask, 2 cavity bullet mold, oil bottle, nipple wrench, slotted tip iron cleaning rod & cap tin.
