Bbl. 28″ w/ fixed skeet choke. Factory small oval post Winchester special vent rib. Left side of rib is marked “SIMMONS PATENT”. Red target front sight w/ white mid bead. Jeweled bolt & carrier. Beavertail forearm & steel capped pistol grip stock of fancy black walnut w/ original buttplate. Stock & forearm have double diamond deluxe hand checkering. Mfg. 1963, the last year of M42 production.
