RARE 1805 HARPERS FERRY MODEL 1803 RIFLE

Rarely offered are the early serialized Harpers Ferry rifles made 1804-1807. This is an attractive well marked example of such. Standard configuration, 49.25” overall, 33” octagonal to round barrel, “US” & “eaglehead/P” in sunken cartouches on breech along with S# “1268”, fixed rear sight, brass Kentucky rifle style furniture, half stock with iron rib & 2 ramrod pipes, steel ramrod. STATUS: ANTIQUE.
