GEORGIA ARMORY CONFEDERATE D-GUARD BOWIE KNIFE ORIGINAL SHEATH
02-26583 | 22.25″ overall; 17.25″ clip point blade, 1.6” maximum width,
.3” thick, 4” clip, iron ferrule, oval tapered light wood grip. Original tooled leather sheath with 3” tin tip, sewn edge, reinforced leather throat, sewn belt loop is broken. This knife is almost identical to GA Armory knife & sheath shown on page 103 of my co-authored 2012 text “CONFEDERATE BOWIE KNIVES”. This knife exhibits the best cutlered D-guard of GA Armory contractors. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: copy of chapter from “Confederate Bowie Knives” on Georgia Arsenal knives. STATUS: NON-GUN.
