CONSECUTIVE PAIR OF RARE RUGER 44 FLAT TOP BLACKHAWK REVOLVERS
26-1056 & 26-1057 | BOTH: Cal. 44 Mag.
Barrels have serrated blade integral to ramped base front sights and proper Micro adjustable rear sights. Mfg. 1959 (1956-1962 for all 44 Flat Tops) with XR3 grip frames having optional walnut grips with black eagle medallions. Eagle trademark logo on cylinder frame rather than barrel that is without “INC.”. Straight slot steel ejector housings having ejector rod heads with flat faces. Type 4 variations with drilled through base pin latches (initiated 1958). Approximately 1,500-2,000 of BKH47 (7 1/2″) and 1,500 of BKH40 (10″) produced. Revolvers do not have factory safety update parts; original lockworks.
