VERY FINE COLT NEW LINE 30RF SPUR TRIGGER REVOLVER

There were only approx. 11,000 of these small frame spur triggers mfg in 30RF from 1874-76. It is fitted with a 2 1/4″ round bbl with brass blade front sight. The barrel is marked on the top with the 2-line “COLT’S PT F.A. MFG CO / HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A.” bbl address and a nice etched panel reading “COLT NEW 30”. It has a long flute 5-shot cylinder. The bbl and cylinder are both blued. The frame is case colored. Trigger & top of hammer are fire blued. Matching rosewood grips. ANTIQUE. GUN
