DANISH MADSEN M50 SUBMACHINE GUN

M50 submachine mfg. in Denmark by DISA (Dansk Industri Syndikat A/S) under the Madsen trademark. The M50 featured a stamped steel construction and a unique “clamshell” design, which due to its relative ease of production and low production cost, saw it achieve notable commercial success with foreign nations throughout its production, particularly in South America. This example is marked with the S# above “MADSEN M50 9MM” and “MADE IN DENMARK” on the right side of the receiver. Metal components exhibit a black enamel type finish overall. Stock features a leather wrap around the butt. Standard dovetailed blade front sight and fixed peep rear sight. MAGS: x1 30-rd.
