Standard MP40 sights. Resting bar is numbered “2205-1” likely a drawing number on underside & bolt parts are mismatched but other visible parts are matching. Early Haenel made example with “fxo 41” code on rear. Iconic WW2 German SMG. NFA registry lists mfr. as “GERMANY”. Blued finish. Folding stock. Bakelite lower & pistol panels. Leather sling present. MAGS: 1-32 rd. marked “MP.38U.4C” on left side. PROVENANCE: Military Museum Collection of Shooters Outpost, Hooksett NH. NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT MG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION.
