IMI / ACTION ARMS UZI MODEL B SUBMACHINE GUN

Originally mfg. as a standard Uzi Carbine in Israel by Israeli Military Industries (IMI) and imported by Action Arms, this example was subsequently converted into a machine gun configuration by Group Industries. Left side of the receiver is marked “SMG UZI/ 9mm PARA/ IMI – ISRAEL”, with Action Arms’ importer information marked on the right, and with Group Industries information marked on the underside. Selector is marked “A”, “R”, and “S”. Metal components exhibit a black enamel type finish overall, save for on the bolt and bbl., which exhibit a phosphate finish. 2-piece grooved black synthetic grip and forearm, with collapsible folding steel buttstock. Model B post front sight and flip-up 2 position aperture rear sight graduated “1” and “2”. NFA registry indicates “Israeli Military Industries” in the mfg. block. MAGS: x1 phosphate finished steel 32-rd. mag. PROVENANCE: Military Museum Collection of Shooters Outpost, Hooksett NH. NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT MG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION.
