BURGESS GUN COMPANY FOLDING SLIDE ACTION SHOTGUN

Bbl. 19 1/2” of fluid steel with blade front sight. 2/3 length tubular mag. Unique action is hinged at the bottom with a release lever at the top allowing it to fold in the middle. The action ius operated by a steel sleeve with hard rubber round knob grip that slides over the wrist of the Walnut stock. Steel capped checkered forearm. LOP: 13 1/4” over original butt plate. Overall length 37 1/4”. Folded length 19 1/2”. Mfg. 1892-1899, the gun was marketed for police, guard and messenger use. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: modern custom leather waist holster by G. J.
