Barley corn front sight w/ 2 leaf rear sight. It’s designed for supercharged load w/ one charge over the other in a single bbl. Action features separate center mounted hammers fired by a single trigger. Breech end of bbl. is marked “LINDSAY / PATENT’D, OCT, 9, 1860”. All metal is finished in the white. 3 Band walnut stock w/ iron fittings & tulip tipped iron ramrod. Left rear of stock has clear “ADK” cartouche.
Total of approx. 1,000 mfg. 1863-1864.
