Bbl. 8 1/2″ w/ heavy oct. breech to hold 2 superposed loads of powder & ball. Brass frame. When cocked, trigger pull engaged right hammer igniting & firing forward load, 2nd pull fired rear load. The Lindsay rifle musket is well known but not their army pistol of which only 100 were made.
