02-17513

94” Hoist, 140” fly, canton 64″ x 60″, all hand sewn, wool bunting, cotton stars, and heavy canvas hoist with sewn in rope for attachment. This flag was deassessed in 2015 from Tarrytown New York Historical Society, many years loaned to the US Naval Institute who misidentified flag as Richmond Depot. There is possible identification of this flag as one of the Tucker Naval Brigade flags captured at Sailor’s Creek, April 6, 1865.
