This oil on canvas depicts two lovely young ladies posed with a large beautiful bouquet of flowers wearing an expression of contentment and happiness. The artist was student of Mariano Fortuny, an artist known for his technique and use of bold palette. In 1872, Detti had his first exhibitions in Naples and Rome, which were very well received.
