Bbl. 28″ vent rib. Rib is marked “custom built”. Fixed IMP CYL & mod. chokes. Red target front sight. Flat sided custom style action has full coverage hand engraving in the factory no. 6 pattern. Engraving features vignettes of pointing dogs w/ dog portrait on trigger guard bow. Balance of the action, breech end of bbls. & forearm iron are covered w/ arabesque scroll & fancy borders. Bolsters have deep relief oak leaf carving. Selective ejectors. Gold finished single selective trigger. Blue finish w/ engine turned surfaces on water table & bbl. lug along w/ internal portions of the forearm iron. Beavertail forearm & straight grip stock of fancy black walnut w/ point pattern hand checkering. Toeline of stock has oval nameplate. LOP: 14 3/16″ to checkered butt. DAC: 1 1/2″. DAH: 2 3/8″. Stocks shows a slight cast-on. WEIGHT: 7 lbs, 2.4 oz. Since 1996, CSMC has continued to build the model 21 to the same exact standards that have made it an American classic. Each gun is built to order w/ the finest of materials & workmenship & embellished by master engravers. CONDITION: near new retaining over 98% wood & metal finish. Stock shows a few small handling marks. Near excellent bores.
