VERY RARE TIN OF 50 HAYES PATENT 36 CALIBER SKIN CARTRIDGES FOR COLT 1851 NAVY REVOLVER

2.5″ diameter, 2.5″ high cylindrical tin with label “COL. SAM. COLTS PAT. REPEATING ARMS” “Manufactured exclusively by Broux & Moll, London”. Each cartridge stacked in 2 levels of 25, has paper label protected the string wrapped “skin” containing powder and ball, fabric pull string attached to each. A small folded paper inside tin further describes the cartridges.
