CUSTOM CASED & ENGRAVED NEW HAVEN ARMS NO. 1 VOLCANIC LEVER ACTION PISTOL

Manufactured between 1857-1860 after the breakup of Volcanic Arms Company by newly formed New Haven Arms Company, continued making same design for the self-contained “rocket ball” cartridges. Standard configuration 3.5″ octagonal barrel, integral 6-shot spring loaded magazine, “Volcanic” dropped in address “NEW HAVEN CONN” PATENT FEB 14 1854″ stamped in one line on top flat, fixed notch rear sight, pinched post front sight, brass frame, replaced wood grips. STATUS: ANTIQUE.
