WINCHESTER 1873 THIRD MODEL BRITISH PROOFED LEVER ACTION SHORT RIFLE

Bbl. 20″ rnd., 4″ shorter than standard. Original sporting sights. Full length mag. Blue finish, with case colored hammer and lever. Left side of the bbl. and action show British proofs. Proper 8 3/8″ short rifle length forearm, with straight grip walnut stock having steel shotgun buttplate. Mfg. in 1884. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Cody Firearms Museum record stating “Type: Rifle/ Caliber: 32/ Barrel Type: Round/ Trigger: Plain/ Shotgun butt/ Received in warehouse on June 10, 1884/ Shipped from warehouse on June 11, 1884, Order number 12676”.
