FINE 2ND MODEL COLT RICHARDS CARTRIDGE MODEL 1860 ARMY REVOLVER
01-28165 | Cal. 44CF | S# 196394.
Standard configuration, 8″ barrel, 1-line New York address, nickel, ejector mounted on right side, 6-shot rebated cylinder with naval battle scene, conversion ring, loading gate with external spring, 2-line patent with dashes on left side of frame, varnished walnut grips. Manufactured mid 1870s simultaneous with first single actions. These are the first of cowboy era revolvers. STATUS: ANTIQUE.
