The 16 1/8″ x 9 1/4″ x 1″ cardboard & wood box has an attractive wood grain exterior. Lid has silver “Winchester Cartridges” marking w/ red “W” trademark. Interior of lid has a drawing of the Winchester New Haven, Conn. factory. Display portion of box is marked “SAMPLES OF / WINCHESTER METALLIC CARTRIDGES / MADE FOR ALL KINDS OF FIREARMS” w/ the red “W” trademark against a green background. Display holds 52 cartridges ranging from the potent 405 Winchester to a BB cap. Cartridges are displayed over their printed names. All cartridges appear to be correct w/ centerfire rounds having “W.R.A.Co.” headstamps.
