Rifle has unique 4-piece patch box with stud release at back, the side panels appear to have profiles of human faces on either side. The engraved flower surroundings screws are reminiscent of Moll family. The overall shape of patch box and sideplate are reminiscent of Wolfgang Haga and his many apprentices not just in the Reading school.
