Action has Pre War Pigeon grade engraving by George Ulrich, the renowned in house Winchester engraver, 1919-1949. Right side of action has a woodland scene w/ 2 pointing dogs & 2 flushing patridge. Left side features a waterfowl scene w/ 4 flying mallards. Scenes are surrounded by vine type foliate scroll & fancy borders that extend to front areas of receiver & trigger guard bow. Original sm. rnd. forearm of fancy walnut w/ Pigeon grade checkering. Straight grip trap dimension stock of fancy black walnut w/ hand checkering & added black diamonds.
