Aftermarket 12-5 style engraving by former factory engraved Pauline Muerrle. Pauline was the last factory in house engraver 1979-1986. Since leaving Winchester, Pauline has continued to engrave fine Winchesters. Right side of receiver has a waterfowl scene w/ 4 flying ducks. Left side has woodland scene w/ 2 pointers & a flushing partridge. Scenes are surrounded by vine type scroll w/ pearled backgrounds that continues to the trigger guard & breech end of the bbl. Pauline “PM” signature is located in the scroll at the front left side of the action. Bolt & carrier have custom jeweling. Beavertail forearm & hard rubber capped pistol grip Monte Carlo custom aftermarket stock of fancy black walnut. Stock & forearm have Pigeon grade style checkering.
